Beskrivelse

Lead-free autoclave tape formulated for steam sterilization.

  • The adhesive is based on solvent-free rubber, highly resistant to temperature and humidity. They ensure adhesion on lightweight papers, plastics, metals, clothes and non-wovens.
  • When subjected to a standard steam sterilization cycle, the ink printed on the back of the tape changes from light to dark color.
  • Once processed, the tape can be easily removed, without any release of adhesive on the application surface.
  • The indicator tape is intended for use by healthcare professionals and serves to mark wrappings that have undergone the sterilization process, so that they can be distinguished from non-sterilized units.
  • You can write on the tape with non-toxic indelible ink to document the necessary information (e.g. date, sterilizer, contents, load/cycle).
  • Minimum conditions for change Steam 10 min 121°C or 2 min 134°C. SURFACE: impregnated semi-creased paper printed with LEAD-FREE vapour indicator ink ADHESIVE: solvent-free rubber

Do not freeze. Keep away from sterilizers and excessive heat. The product should be stored under normal storage conditions (30 to 70% RH, 15 to 30°C). The tape must be protected and detached away from direct light and heat sources. Dispose according to Regulations in force.
