ApplicationsAscomycin is a potent immunosuppressive agent that could be used as a potential therapeutic agent for autoimmune diseases. Ascomycin is an inhibitor of PP2. It is an internal standard for LC-MS/MS testing of the immunosuppressants tacrolimus, sirolimus, and everolimus. This Certified Spiking Solution™ is suitable for critical quantitative applications in clinical and diagnostic testing such as therapeutic drug monitoring assays to ensure patients remain within the narrow therapeutic range of these immunosuppressants.
Solubility
Soluble in DMSO at 65mg/ml; soluble in ethanol at 50mg/m; with warming. Very poorly soluble in water
