- The Lineage Cocktail 2 (lin 2) contains antibody clones that, in combination, stain lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and neutrophils.
- It includes CD3, CD14, CD19, CD20, and CD56. Peripheral blood dendritic cells (DCs), including those expressing CD16, can be distinguished from other leucocytes by their lack of staining with lin 2.
