MA5-17475 targets C3a Receptor in FACS and IHC (F) applications and shows reactivity with Rat samples. The MA5-17475 immunogen is rBL-2H3 transfectants expressing rat C3aR.
C3AR1 is a receptor for the chemotactic and inflammatory peptide anaphylatoxin C3a. The receptor stimulates chemotaxis, granule enzyme release and superoxide anion production. (Uniprot).
