Beskrivelse

The AbSelect™ Rat TCS Antibody Purification System enables the selective purification of rat IgG from hybridoma supernatants without the co-purification of bovine IgG.

The AbSelect™ Rat TCS Antibody Purification System involves the capture of the antibody on the AbSelect™ Rat resin and the removal of unwanted substances using a simple wash procedure. The purified antibody is then eluted and neutralized. AbSelect™ Rat TCS Antibody Purification System is not suitable for use with antibodies from other species.

The components of all AbSelect™ kits are fully compatible with the Lightning-Link™ and Lightning-Link™ antibody labeling systems (available separately), which allow the purified antibody to be rapidly conjugated to a wide variety of labels.

  • 1 vial of Elution Buffer
  • 1 vial of 10x Binding Buffer
  • 12 additional collecting tubes
  • 1 vial of Neutralization Buffer
  • 1 vial of Wash Buffer
  • 3 concentrator spin columns
  • 3 vials of AbSelectTM Rat resin
  • 3 spin cartridge/ collecting tube assemblies
